Job Summary
Board-certified Physician Assistant/Physician Associate contractors conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include conducting in-home visits focused on overall health and well-being, identifying barriers to care, reviewing patient medical history and medications, performing physical evaluations, pre-populated patient-specific forms, and pre-scheduled visits with health plan members in their homes. Compensation includes per-visit and potential multipliers, with weekly earnings stated (up to $1800-$3000 per week) and a base rate of $70 per completed assessment; shifts available Monday-Sunday with no nights/weekends required. Independent contractor, 1099 status, state license required, with options for additional pay-per-test model and travel-related accommodations; air/hotel/rental car available depending on eligibility.
