Job Summary
Physician contractors conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members, focusing on overall health and barriers to care. Responsibilities include in-home visits, reviewing medical history, performing a physical evaluation, and using pre-populated forms; you will not prescribe medications or order labs. Earns a competitive wage with a base rate per completed assessment and potential increases via a Market Multiplier or pay-per-test model. Flexible schedule with shifts Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends), pre-scheduled in-home visits, and travel stipends (airfare/hotel/rental car) based on eligibility. State license required; Medicaid license enrollment supported where applicable; malpractice coverage provided. Independent contractor, 1099 status, with opportunities for short- or long-term engagements.
