Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

Provide in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members as an MD/DO contractor (or physician contractor). Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and well-being, identify barriers to care, and perform a physical evaluation using a pre-populated patient-specific form. Earn a competitive compensation with potential weekly earnings of $3,000–$5,000 and an additional pay-per-test model where applicable. Requires a valid state license and malpractice coverage; opportunities with paid collaboration in certain states. Flexible schedule with shifts available Monday through Sunday (no nights). Pre-scheduled home visits with health plan members; travel accommodations (airfare, hotel, rental car) may be provided based on eligibility. Independent contractor, 1099 status; short-term or long-term engagements available.
