Physician Assistant for In-home Visits (Contract) at Signify Health, a CVS Health® company, conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members as an MD/DO contractor. Responsibilities include in-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care, reviewing medical history and current health status, and performing physical evaluations in patients’ homes without prescribing or altering current regimens. Earn $3,000–$5,000 per week (average 6–9 visits daily with a base rate of $100 per completed assessment) with potential up to a 135% increase via the Market Multiplier; shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required. Flexible schedule on a short- or long-term basis, pre-scheduled visits with health plan members, and travel perks (airfare, hotel, rental car) based on eligibility. Malpractice coverage provided.
