Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits where you review medical history and identify care barriers, utilizing provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medication, ordering labs, or altering treatment regimens. Earn up to $1800 to $3000 weekly based on 6-9 daily visits, with additional pay-per-test incentives and market multipliers available. Shifts run Monday through Sunday with flexible scheduling; short-term or long-term contracts are accepted. State licensure and Medicaid enrollment are required.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA)
- State License Required (PA-C)
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
- Medicaid License or willingness to enroll (with our support)
