Job Summary
Provide in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members as a board-certified PA contractor. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health, identify barriers to care, and perform a medical history review and physical evaluation in the member's home. Earn competitive weekly pay ($1,800–$3,000) with optional pay-per-test incentives; flexible Monday–Sunday shifts; pre-scheduled visits; travel support (airfare, hotel, rental car) available; malpractice coverage; 1099 independent contractor status; license to practice as PA-C required. No prescribing, no ordering labs or altering current treatment regimens. Area exclusions may apply.

- Willingness to enroll in Medicaid if needed
- Malpractice coverage (provided)
