Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage/Medicaid and certain commercial plan members. Physician Assistant contractor conducts in-home visits focused on overall health and barriers to care, with pre-scheduled visits and no prescription changes. Competitive pay: base rate of $100 per completed assessment, 6-9 visits daily, earning up to $3,000–$5,000 per week, with potential up to 135% increase via Market Multiplier. Flexible shifts Monday–Sunday, short-term or long-term basis, airfare/hotel/rental car provided (where eligible), malpractice coverage, and paid availability incentives. Requires state license and may require Medicaid license enrollment; 1099 independent contractor status with paid collaborative physician roles in certain states. Tasks include patient health history review and physical evaluation performed in the member’s home; does not order labs or change treatment plans.
