Job Summary
Board-certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA) contractors conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. They perform in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care. Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members; no medicines are prescribed, labs not ordered, and current treatment regimens are not altered. Shifts available Monday through Sunday with no nights/weekends required. Compensation includes a base rate per completed assessment with potential increases via Market Multiplier and pay-per-test model; incentives based on weekly availability. Airfare, hotel, and rental car may be provided; malpractice coverage is included. Independent contractor, 1099 status, state license required; Medicaid license or willingness to enroll supported by the company.
