Job Summary
Independent-contractor Physician Assistant/PA-C to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care, pre-scheduled visits with health plan members, and performing physical evaluations in members’ homes. Compensation is performance-based with weekly earnings potential between $1,800 and $3,000 (roughly 6–9 visits per day, $70 per completed assessment) and options to increase per-visit rate with a Market Multiplier; additional pay-per-test opportunities available. Requires current PA-C license and state licensure; Medicaid licensure support may be available. Independent contractor arrangement (1099) with flexible scheduling, shifts available Monday–Sunday, travel-related benefits (airfare/hotel/rental car) contingent on eligibility; malpractice coverage provided; availability incentives based on weekly availability. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified PA/Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- State license required (PA-C)
- In-home health evaluations experience preferred
- Medicare Advantage/Medicaid experience preferred

- No prescribing of medications or altering treatment plans during visits
