Job Summary
Contract Physician Assistant to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care, pre-scheduled home evaluations, and providing patient history and physical assessments without prescribing or altering current treatments. Compensation includes per-visit incentives and potential pay-per-test earnings; flexible Monday–Sunday shifts with no nights or weekends required in some cases; travel-related benefits such as airfare, hotel, and rental car may apply; requires state licensure and board certification.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Physician Assistant/Physician Associate (PA)
- State license required
- Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (with company support)
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
