Job Summary
PM&R/Physiatry PA/NP clinicial at CRC working exclusively at a designated SNF/post-acute rehab center. Provide specialized PM&R rehabilitation services, lead and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, support management of SNF conditions (e.g., CVA, neurological conditions, postoperative orthopedic surgeries), work with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function, and engage in continuous education and leadership activities. Flexible 3-day schedule, 24-30 hour W-2 role, with autonomy over daily workflow and no required evenings/weekends/on-call.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or APRN license OR Physician Assistant license
- Colorado License
- Ability to work in the U.S.
