Job Summary
Physician Assistant (PA) to join a team-based primary care practice in Locust Grove, GA. Responsibilities include treating pediatric and adult patients, conducting comprehensive or episodic health histories and physical assessments, and working within a network that supports care management, population health teams, and telehealth. Requires graduate from an accredited PA program, active license or eligibility, DEA enrollment or eligibility, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility, BLS/ACLS certification, and experience with EMR systems (Athena preferred). The role emphasizes interprofessional collaboration, clinical leadership support, and a commitment to high-quality, value-based primary care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate and certified from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as a Physician Assistant (preferred)
- Current, unrestricted license in practicing state or eligible for licensure
- Active DEA registration or eligible for registration
- Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligible to enroll
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred
