Job Summary
Physician Assistant in a team-based primary care setting focused on delivering high-quality, value-based care across pediatric and adult patients. Responsibilities include supporting cross-trained care management and population health initiatives within clinics and virtual channels, leveraging an optimized EMR with telehealth capabilities (including a virtual scribe), and maintaining strong communication with clinical leadership. The role emphasizes flexible clinician support, ongoing leadership collaboration, and a patient-centered approach to high-quality, accessible care in a multi-site network. The candidate should be a graduate of an accredited PA program, hold or be eligible for licensure in Georgia, possess DEA registration, be enrolled or eligible for Medicare/Medicaid, and maintain BLS/ACLS certification. Experience with Athena EMR and telehealth delivery is highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate and certified from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as a Physician Assistant (preferred)
- Current, unrestricted license in practicing state or eligible for licensure
- Active DEA registration or eligible for registration
- Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligible to enroll
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred
