Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner needed for a well-established family practice in Crescent City, CA. Responsibilities include clinic, follow-up and established patients with a clinic volume of about 20 patients per day. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8-hour workdays, no call, no weekends. Requirements include NCCPA certification, graduation from an accredited PA/NP program, Master’s degree, active PA license, active Adult NP certification/licensure, DEA license, and prior experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. Benefits include salary range of 160-190k, sign-on bonus, loan reimbursement, 401k with match, PTO/holidays, LTD, health/vision/dental insurance, malpractice coverage, and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
- NCCPA certified
- Master Degree
- Active Physician Assistant License
- Active Certification as an Adult NP and Licensed
- Experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
- Hold DEA license
