Physician Assistant - Family Medicine

Physician Assistant (PA) in family medicine providing outpatient care under the direction of collaborating physicians. Performs detailed histories, physical examinations, orders imaging and labs, interprets results, instructs patients on therapies and post-operative care, maintains records, writes progress notes, and follows patients through treatment in the clinic. Collaborates with physicians and health-care team to achieve optimal outcomes; prescribes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies; engages in evidence-based practice; participates in standards-of-practice development and evaluation; supports wellness, disease prevention, and patient education across individuals, families, and communities; autonomous work within interdisciplinary teams; adheres to Endeavor Health policies.
