Job Summary
Physician Assistant for ENT group in Northern New Jersey. Responsibilities span multi-venue care (OR, ER, hospital floor, and office) including direct patient assessments, diagnosis support, and plans of care; outpatient duties involve coordinating preoperative patient care, ordering tests, preoperative clearances, and scheduling procedures. Schedule is Monday–Friday (days), with no weekends and no on-call. Office was recently renovated with 13 exam rooms and state-of-the-art equipment. Opportunity to work with experienced board-certified surgeons and a skilled PA team in a busy, growing practice.
Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant degree from an accredited program
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- 1-2 years of surgical experience preferred
- OR First Assist experience preferred
- ENT or surgical sub-specialty experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
