Job Summary
Physician Assistant sought to join ENT group in New Providence, NJ. Role involves multi-venue patient care (OR, ER, hospital floor, office) with responsibilities including assessments, diagnosis, care plans, preoperative coordination, ordering tests, and scheduling procedures. Office duties include preoperative clearances and coordinating patient care. Schedule is Monday–Friday, days, with no weekends or on-call. Suitable for candidates with surgical experience, ACLS/BLS, and NJ licensure or eligibility, with ENT or sub-specialty experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant degree from an accredited program
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- 1-2 years of surgical experience preferred
- OR First Assist experience preferred
- ENT or surgical sub-specialty experience preferred
- excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
