Job Summary
Physician Assistant to join ENT group at New Providence, NJ, performing multi-venue direct patient care (OR, ER, hospital floor, office) with responsibilities including assessments, diagnosis support, care plans, and treatment implementation. Outpatient duties include coordinating preoperative care, ordering tests, obtaining preoperative clearances, and scheduling procedures. Schedule is Monday–Friday (days), with no weekends or on-call. Requires PA degree, NJ license/eligibility, ACLS/BLS, 1–2 years surgical experience preferred, and ENT or surgical subspecialty experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant degree from an accredited program
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- 1-2 years of surgical experience preferred
- OR First Assist experience preferred
- ENT or surgical sub-specialty experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
