Physician Assistant in the Emergency Department providing primary care to ED patients under the supervision of an ED physician (and indirectly under the ED Nurse Practitioner Coordinator), rotating shifts, on-site at Heritage Valley Beaver and Heritage Valley Sewickley. Requires PA licensure and BLS certification; cross-credentialing between campus sites. Responsibilities include delivering emergency medical care across age ranges (neonatal to geriatric) and collaborating with the ED team; preferred ACLS & PALS. Required Qualifications
- Nationally certified and/or State licensed to provide care as a physician assistant
- BLS certification
- Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment
