Job Summary
Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant exclusively at a designated skilled nursing facility or post-acute rehab center. Represent CRC in your facility through clinical leadership and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team, including PCP teams, PT, OT, and SLP. Collaborate on the management of conditions common in SNFs such as CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries. Follow therapy patients to track their progress and assess barriers to therapy including joint or neuropathic pain, spasticity, neurogenic bowel, and neurogenic bladder. Attend multidisciplinary meetings to bridge the gap between therapy and internal medicine. This 40-hour, W-2 role offers a virtual scribe for documentation support and access to PM&R certification training. Located in Bellevue, WA, Issaquah, WA, or Everett, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner/APRN/Physician Assistant License
- Washington License
- Ability to work in the U.S.
- 40 hours/week
- 8-hour shift
- 5-day work week
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
