Job Summary
Cardiology Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in Utica, NY. Responsibilities include follow up with established patients, outpatient-focused treatment plans, interpreting labs and EKGs, and treating acute and chronic illness. Eligible candidates should be NCCPA certified, with an accredited PA/NP program graduate background and an active PA license; prior cardiology experience is welcomed for new grads. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, 40 hours per week, with no call and no weekends. Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $165,000, with PTO, holidays, five weeks vacation, LTD, health/vision/dental insurance, and malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
- NCCPA certified
- Active Physician Assistant license
- DEA license
- Experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner welcomed
