Job Summary
Per Diem Physician Assistant to join the Inpatient Cardiology team for as-needed coverage on 10-hour day shifts at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Newton, MA. The PA practices autonomously at the top of their licensure, consulting on hospitalized patients, conducting rounds, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, presenting evaluations to attendings, contributing to discharge planning and summaries, and educating patients and families. The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative cardiology team and opportunities for precepting learners. Requires a Master's degree as a Physician Assistant, state PA licensure, and a minimum of two years of cardiology experience, preferably inpatient.
Required Qualifications

- Physician Assistant (State License) - Generic - HR Only required
- 2 years of experience as a PA required
- Minimum of two years of cardiology experience required, preferably in an inpatient setting
