Physician Assistant Burn Surgery

Burn Surgery Physician Assistant provides history and physical exams, enters orders, and collaborates with attending physicians, residents, nurses, and medical students in the Arizona Burn Center. Responsibilities include assisting in the operating room, performing burn dressings and bedside procedures (e.g., bronchoscopy, central and arterial lines), discussing imaging and lab results with the care team, and conducting daily rounds with notes on burn service patients in both Medical/Surgical areas and Burn ICU. Emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach to burn care with opportunities for new graduates to apply.
