Job Summary
Provide vascular patient care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant focusing on venous conditions (venous insufficiency, varicose veins, spider veins). Conduct and document comprehensive initial and ongoing physical examinations based on age and diagnosis; manage a daily clinic load of 15-20 patients; travel between Des Plaines and Lemont clinics on a weekly basis; participate in quality initiatives, outreach efforts to stimulate clinic growth, and research collaborations; support future expansion plans; maintain EMR proficiency; collaborate with the team to apply evidence-based practices.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing, documentation of completion of accredited Advanced Practice Education Program
- Physician assistants need a bachelor's degree and patient care experience
- Proficient use of EMR in the delivery of care
