Job Summary
Assess and manage patients in the Asthma Clinic while serving as a clinical liaison for a five-year PCORI-funded research study evaluating asthma interventions. Order medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop care plans for up to 4,100 participants across 25 recruitment sites. Provide direct patient care one day per week and support the Principal Investigator by ensuring protocol implementation, reviewing exacerbation reports, and finalizing safety data. Act as a key member of the exacerbation adjudication team and address prescription-related issues with the study pharmacist. This role combines research leadership with limited clinical duties within Mass General Brigham's Asthma Research Center.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree Physician Assistant
- Physician Assistant [State License] -MA A License
- Experience as a licensed Physician Assistant
