Job Summary
Lead Service Line Medical Director of Anesthesiology across Banner Gateway, Banner Desert, Banner Children’s at Desert, and Banner Heart Hospital. Oversee anesthesia services for Level I trauma care, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and direct cardiac and pediatric anesthesia operations. Drive strategic leadership and mentorship within a high-volume, multisite system, including the Pediatric Anesthesia Division at Banner Children’s at Desert. Required qualifications include BC/BE in Anesthesiology with an unrestricted Arizona license (or ability to obtain) and AZ DEA license. Location focus includes Gilbert and Mesa, AZ, within a major Phoenix East Valley healthcare network. Responsibilities emphasize leadership, collaboration with OR suites and subspecialty services, and delivering high-quality anesthesiology care across a premier healthcare network.
