Job Summary
BC/BE Anesthesia/Pain Management physician to join the Pain Care Clinic in Farmington, Maine. Lead role focusing on interventional pain procedures (epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, joint injections, radiofrequency ablations) and development of comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans incorporating interventional and non-interventional approaches (medication management, physical therapy, psychological support). Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team (physical therapists, psychologists, anesthesiologists) to deliver holistic pain management; maintains HIPAA-compliant documentation, stays current with advances in interventional techniques, and provides patient education on conditions, treatment options, and self-management. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active and unrestricted Maine medical license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- Active and unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- BC/BE in Anesthesiology
- Experience in interventional pain management procedures (epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, joint injections, radiofrequency ablations)
