Job Summary
Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist needed to join a community-based MaineHealth Stephens Hospital anesthesia team. Collaborate with 3 CRNAs to manage anesthesia across 3 sites, with 24/7 OB service and a diverse surgical caseload (OBGYN, General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Podiatry). Regular rotations with two other anesthesiologists (1 out of every 3 weeks) and strong integration with Epic EMR. Requires MD/DO, Maine license (or ability to obtain), and DEA license (or ability to obtain).
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Active and unrestricted Maine medical license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active and unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
