Job Summary
Anesthesiologist needed at MaineHealth Stephens Hospital in Norway, ME to join a community practice. Collaborate with 3 CRNAs to manage 3 sites of service with call responsibilities. Diverse surgical cases including OBGYN, General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry, plus 24/7 OB service. Work within a collegial environment with experienced providers, supported by an Epic EMR. Anticipated schedule includes regular rotations with two other Anesthesiologists working one out of every three weeks, emphasizing strong patient-provider relationships within the MaineHealth system.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Active and unrestricted Maine medical license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active and unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
