Physician

Physician needed for a growing, team-based primary care model in California. The role focuses on direct patient care across health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, and patient education, using an EHR (Epic preferred) to enhance care quality and clinical workflows. Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based medicine, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, advocating for patients within the health care system, and driving clinical initiatives for BTHealth. The PCP will provide 24/7 call coverage as part of the on-call group, participate in a collaborative environment, and contribute to a culture of compassion, leadership, and excellence in care. Base salary range is $225,000–$300,000/year, with a robust benefits package. Final compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
