Job Summary
Lead physician-driven clinical resource utilization program for MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center; review cases to determine appropriate level of care based on medical necessity and regulatory/health plan guidelines; serve as a resource for physicians on medical necessity, level of care, and clinical documentation; foster effective communication within the care team and establish peer-to-peer protocol; on-site presence in Des Moines, IA; opportunity to influence oncology care strategy and program growth across Central Iowa; include paid malpractice and 403B match; working within MercyOne and Trinity Health systems.
Required Qualifications
