Job Summary
Board-Certified/Eligible Breast Surgeon sought to join an NAPBC-accredited multidisciplinary breast team as an Assistant or Associate Professor. Responsibilities include 1.0 clinical FTE with outpatient clinic and breast service call, breast-only surgical practice, high-volume clinic, and academic duties such as mentoring medical students and residents, delivering lectures, didactics, and clinical instruction. The role supports future leadership within the breast program and involves clinical and academic responsibilities at University of Arizona Cancer Center locations in Tucson and Phoenix, with competitive compensation, paid malpractice with tail, CME, retirement plans, and relocation/sign-on incentives. Required Qualifications
- BE/BC by the American Board of Surgery
- Fellowship-Trained in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology, or equivalent experience in a dedicated breast practice
- Valid AZ Medical License (or eligible)
- Desire to work in an academic setting
