Job Summary
Physical Therapy Technician in a clinic setting under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities include preparing equipment and treatment areas, assisting patients with prescribed exercises and documenting responses, performing basic treatments (ice packs and heat pads), cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, and handling administrative tasks such as patient intake and scheduling. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with computers; prior exposure to state practice acts and clinic policies is implied by the role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
