Physical Therapy Technician

Unlicensed Physical Therapy Technician assists licensed Physical or Occupational Therapists under supervision. Responsibilities include preparing equipment and treatment areas for patient use, assisting and/or observing patients perform prescribed therapy exercises and documenting responses, applying basic treatments such as ice packs and heat pads, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, changing and laundering linens, and performing administrative tasks including patient intake, answering calls, and scheduling appointments. Requires excellent customer service and communication, strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency with computers.
