Physical Therapy Technician

Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions, assist therapists with non-clinical tasks, and guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques. Educate patients on safe equipment use, apply therapeutic modalities as directed, and help patients walk safely between areas. Keep treatment areas clean and sanitized while communicating with staff to ensure smooth care. Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided with mentorship from licensed therapists. Team Rehab offers a supportive culture with scholarships for staff pursuing PT or PTA education.
