Physical Therapy Technician

Welcome and comfort patients to prepare them for physical therapy, then follow the therapist's plan of care while assisting with non-clinical tasks. Educate patients on equipment safety, help with light exercises, and apply therapeutic modalities such as ice packs and electrical stimulation. Assist patients with ambulation using proper safety techniques, ensure 360 communication with physicians and staff, and maintain clean, sanitized treatment areas. Observe and record patient progress for the Physical Therapist. This role reports to the clinic director, performs additional assigned tasks, and requires excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is pursuing a physical therapy or healthcare degree and is committed to Team's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
