Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions, assist therapists with non-clinical tasks, and guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques. Apply therapeutic modalities as directed, help patients walk safely between areas, and keep treatment areas clean and sanitized. Communicate with patients and staff to ensure smooth care while observing and reporting patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist. No prior experience or education required; excellent communication skills and a commitment to diversity are essential.
