Physical Therapy Technician

Job Summary
Welcome and comfort patients to prepare them for physical therapy, then follow the therapist's plan of care while assisting with non-clinical tasks. Educate patients on equipment use, support light exercises and strengthening techniques, and apply therapeutic modalities such as ice packs and electrical stimulation. Help patients safely transfer between areas using proper techniques, ensure clear communication with physicians and staff, and maintain clean, sanitized treatment areas. Observe and record patient progress for the Physical Therapist. This role reports to the clinic director and includes any additional tasks assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will be pursuing physical therapist or other health care degree
