Physical Therapy Technician

Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions, assist therapists with non-clinical tasks, and guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques. Apply therapeutic modalities such as heat, ice, and electrical stimulation as directed, while helping patients walk safely between areas. Educate patients on safe equipment use, keep treatment areas clean and sanitized, and communicate with staff to ensure smooth care. Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Competitive pay of $15–$17 per hour with medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) match, profit sharing, and monthly bonuses.
