Physical Therapy Technician

Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions, assist therapists with non-clinical tasks, and guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques. Apply therapeutic modalities such as heat or ice packs as directed, help patients walk safely between areas, and educate them on safe equipment use. Keep treatment areas clean and sanitized while communicating with patients and staff to ensure smooth care. Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist. No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training and mentorship. Salary ranges from $15 to $18 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and monthly bonuses.
