Job Summary
Physical Therapy Technician who works under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist in a clinic setting. Responsibilities include preparing equipment and treatment areas, assisting/observing patients with prescribed therapy exercises and documenting responses, performing basic treatments like applying ice/heat, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, and handling administrative tasks such as patient intake and scheduling. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong organizational, software and customer-service skills.
