Job Summary
Assist Physical Therapists and providers with patient flow, treatment preparation, and coordination of front-office duties. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas and equipment, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, monitoring during sessions, maintaining a clean and safe environment, stocking supplies, and supporting administrative tasks such as check-in, scheduling, EMR data entry, and HIPAA-compliant record-keeping. Requires CPR certification; part-time with potential transition to full-time, in-person role located in Michigan (Lathrup Village & Farmington Hills). Key skills include patient service, teamwork, communication, organization, and proficiency with EMR systems.
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification
- Preferred healthcare experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or related settings
- Customer service or patient-facing experience
- Ability to learn EMR systems
