Job Summary
The Rehab Aide provides support to Physical and Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants in patient treatment, adhering to CAO's policies and state regulations. Responsibilities include assisting with treatment setup, monitoring patient exercises, maintaining cleanliness, performing front desk duties, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This entry-level position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proficiency in computer software, and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Strong Interpersonal Skills - Ability to develop relationships and collaborate
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows based office technologies
- Able to work independently
- Participation in CAO's Rehab Aide training and proficiency exam
Desired Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferred (Kinesiology / Exercise Physiology Major or related)
- Experience and proficiency working with computers and electronic medical records
- Maintains CPR Certification for Healthcare Professionals
