Physical Therapy Technician

The Technician is an unlicensed associate who works under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist in a Physical Therapy Clinic. Responsibilities include preparing equipment and treatment areas, assisting/observing patients with prescribed exercises and documenting responses, performing basic treatments (ice/heat), cleaning and laundering linens, and handling administrative tasks such as patient intake, phone calls, and scheduling. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills; proficient with computers and software.
