Job Summary
PTA - Physical Therapy Assistant provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, utilizing therapy software, ensuring patient rights and safety, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting a patient-centered, collaborative care approach with nursing, therapy, and medical staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and English language required; graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT) with new grads welcome.
