Job Summary
Assist in carrying out rehab programs pre-determined for each patient under the supervision of a licensed therapist in a post-acute care facility. Carry out treatment programs, prepare patients for treatment, communicate patient responses to the supervising therapist, utilize therapy software, provide excellent customer service, and participate in an interdisciplinary team. Maintain confidentiality, comply with company policies and code of conduct, and demonstrate good body mechanics, attendance, and professionalism. The role supports patient care activities and safety, including assisting in the evacuation of patients.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
