Physical Therapy Manager (Sign on Bonus!) - Full Time

Implement and enforce written policies for all physical therapy department processes while managing short- and long-term work plans for rehabilitation services. Coordinate with physicians and administration to achieve service goals, oversee clinic purchasing and supply, and ensure employee and patient rights are upheld. Assist with personnel selection, training, and orientation, review monthly performance metrics, manage day-to-day staffing, and conduct scheduled team meetings. Perform timely performance management reviews and utilize clinic software and EMR systems to communicate with physicians. Requires a Master's or doctorate in physical therapy, current AZ state license, PT and CPR certifications, and at least five years of practicing experience with one to two years in management. Full-time role with a sign-on bonus package including debt forgiveness and retention incentives.
