Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor role delivering pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy in a boutique private practice. Lead, mentor, and elevate care with one-on-one patient sessions (55–85 minutes), oversee staff development, supervise clinicians and support staff, and drive program development and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include mentoring and clinical development, regular one-on-one mentoring, clinical reasoning development, onboarding and performance evaluations, improving clinic systems and workflow, and partnering with leadership on growth strategy while maintaining high standards of documentation, outcomes, and evidence-based care.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- licensed or eligible in California
- pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy expertise
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- clinical reasoning and complex-case management
- highly organized with strong accountability
- experience mentoring, coaching, or developing clinicians
- passion for patient-centered, one-on-one care
