Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of clinic staff ensuring proper staffing, conduct performance reviews, approve time cards, and assist in hiring therapists. Must maintain clinic supply levels and address employee or patient matters on-site, collaborating with HR and Therapy Director as needed. Requires capability in frequent moving, pushing, and pulling of patients and equipment, standing and walking, and adapting to schedule changes. Must possess skills in effective staff direction to maintain an engaging environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy Program
- Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alabama
- CPR Certified
- Ability to work under pressure
- Outstanding organizational, verbal and writing skills
- Independent and highly motivated
- Initiative and self-discipline
- Proven positive, 'teamwork' attitude in work history
