Job Summary
Provide daily management and supervision of services at the assigned center, overseeing staff and financial operations while identifying key performance indicators. Facilitate patient treatment, staff development, and team dynamics to ensure efficient facility functions. Organize community engagement efforts to support business growth and maintain ongoing communication with the Regional Director regarding clinical and operational updates. This role supports Kessler's mission to help patients return to athletics, work, and life through excellence in patient care across its 1900 centers.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
- Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- A minimum of three years' experience in a rehab setting
